Privacy Policy

THF Hospitality uses guest and visitor data to operate reservations, process secure payments, prevent fraud, support stays, comply with Florida tax and lodging obligations, and improve the website. This page follows a GDPR-style structure even where those laws do not directly apply.

Information we collect

  • Reservation and contact data such as guest name, email, phone number, stay dates, guest count, and special requests.
  • Payment-related data processed through Authorize.net, including tokenized payment profiles, billing ZIP, transaction IDs, card brand, last four digits, and AVS/CVV response results.
  • Site-usage and analytics data, including IP address, browser/device data, session behavior, referral information, and Google Analytics event data.
  • Fraud-prevention and identity-verification data when additional screening is required before check-in.
  • Operational records such as guest messages, support interactions, access-log history, and post-stay incident reports.

How we use information

  • To quote, confirm, manage, and support reservations.
  • To process payments, refunds, authorized post-stay charges, and chargeback responses.
  • To verify identity, prevent fraud, protect owners and neighbors, and document compliance with our rental terms.
  • To improve website performance, booking flow usability, and marketing attribution.
  • To satisfy tax, accounting, legal, insurance, and regulatory requirements.

Sharing and vendors

THF shares information only as reasonably necessary to operate the lodging business. This includes service providers such as Authorize.net for payment processing, booking and property-management systems, messaging providers, cloud and infrastructure vendors, analytics providers, and fraud-screening or identity-verification vendors.

THF also may share information with booking platforms, property owners, contractors, insurers, tax authorities, banks, payment networks, or law enforcement when reasonably necessary to process the stay, defend a dispute, respond to an incident, or comply with law.

Cookies, Google Analytics, and retention

THF uses cookies and similar technologies for core website functionality, session continuity, traffic measurement, conversion analysis, and abuse prevention. Google Analytics may collect approximate location, device identifiers, referral paths, and on-site interaction data to help THF understand how the site performs.

Reservation, payment, tax, and dispute records are retained for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. THF's default retention standard is up to 7 years where records relate to reservations, taxes, payments, or disputes, subject to longer retention where a claim or legal hold applies.

Your rights and contact

Where applicable law grants access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection rights, THF will evaluate and respond to valid requests consistent with fraud-prevention, booking-support, and legal-retention obligations.

Questions about this policy or privacy requests should be sent through THF's published support channels on this website.
