Charges may appear as THF or the descriptor configured for the property's payment profile.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund decisions follow the applicable booking and cancellation policy communicated at checkout. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days by the payment processor.

High-risk or unusual activity may trigger secondary identity verification for anti-fraud protection.
